There’s no doubt with all that’s going on that people are scared. They have every right to be scared.

But I wanted to offer a new perspective and look at these challenging times we are all facing.

In this episode, I share a personal experiment I did in keeping myself healthy around an entire sick family and what I realized through this experiment.

As we go within to master ourselves we can transcend any external circumstance and come out stronger on the other side.

These times are asking us to go within to see where we are still operating from fear and false stories. The external crisis is metaphorically giving us one of the greatest opportunities to RISE.

The collective panic and fear are also within us but as we remain conscious of it we can transmute the shadow and turn it into the gift so that we all can come together in a mass healing of the planet, one person at a time.
