Gaurav began his real estate career in 2002 after graduating from Drexel University, where he studied Computer Science, Business, and Mathematics.  The analytical skills he gained through his studies provided a solid foundation for his love for learning the real estate business. Which ultimately lead him to manage three million square feet of Commercial / Industrial and Residential real estate for a private property owner in Philadelphia. Gambhir’s 17 years of experience includes every aspect of the real estate business, including but not limited to financing, negotiating, tenant fit-outs, property management, brokerage, acquisition, and Sales.

For the last seventeen years, Gaurav has built a reputation for superlative service that goes above and beyond, while cultivating an office environment that breeds teamwork and mutually assured success. 

Today, Gaurav and the team at The Condo Shop serves the Philadelphia region, with expansion teams in southern New Jersey and the coastal area with over $175 million in sales volume. The Condo Shop is the #1 Keller Williams Team in the Greater Pennsylvania region in 2018. Vast growth within the team resulted in the launch of the luxury division, Black Label, having close to sixty agents in-house across three office locations, Gaurav’s leadership and ability to deliver results have built a formidable business model. Not only is he in command of one of Philadelphia’s largest real estate teams, but he is also the Operating Principal of one of the largest residential brokerages in the city, Keller Williams Philadelphia, with close to 400 licensed professional real estate agents and ten offices scattered across the city. 

Additionally, he is the CEO and Principal of a burgeoning property management company that spans the Tri-State area. TCS Management manages over 3,000 units with 26 employees and continues to grow at a monumental pace. With his dedication and determination Gaurav has created in essence a one-stop-shop for those looking to buy, sell, rent, manage, or invest in a home.
