I had the chance to sit down with my friend Heather Suchma. An incredible human being - a loving wife, mom of 3 girls, building an empire together with her husband, and seriously the kindest soul you will ever meet. She's over a year postpartum and ready to figure out how to show up for and love herself (body, mind, and soul) the way she loves her girls.
