One thing I never used to consider was, acting in character. Not in the way of being fake and pretending to be Hannah Montana or something, but in a way where you can acknowledge what meets your values, priorities and morals. Not just with others, but being able to audit ourselves. I don't care who you are on an easy day, I want to see who you become when you're in the thick of it.
