In June of 1989, Jo took her two daughters, Michelle and Christie, out of state for the first time for a girls trip to Florida. Days went by with no word from the trio and they failed to return home to Ohio. Soon after, their car was found on the causeway and bodies began to appear in the Tampa Bay. The only real clue police had was a handwritten note, little did they know it would lead them to a serial killer.
