Celebrating 700 episodes of the Support is Sexy podcast today, and though the lessons are many -- there are 7 lessons that came to me during my recent run through Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York that I must share!

This journey of interviewing women entrepreneurs around the world for my podcast has been a dream I didn't even know I had. And the experience of growing a community, such as the Support is Sexy Mastermind, and all else that has come from this mission and movement, has been truly magical.
