Happy 2026!

Everything is new and nothing is new. It’s a new year, but we’re in the same season. So, it’s still time to rest, dream, nap and be still. It’s not time to be busy, which the man-made calendar year asks us to do.

We’re going to jump into new energy as we approach Year of the Horse and the Spring Equinox. Right now we’re planting seeds for what the time of renewal and germinating looks like.

I wanted to share my new word for the year, which will be our word for this new yoga session. Breathe into it, picture it, say it out loud. Let’s Get Clear!

We’re popping up tomorrow, Saturday Jan 3 for Wolf Full Moon Practice. Since it’s Saturday, it will be mostly a somatic yoga practice focusing on both releasing, but also community. I’m a pack animal and I Love wolves, so I’ll be talking a lot about community and pack energy. It goes hand-in-hand with our new word.
