Jeff Matovic has lived with Touretts his entire life. As a kid he was made fun of and bullied unmercifully. He learned how to deal with it and how to effectively shut some bullies up when words didn't work. Jeff truly represents the heart and soul of the You Just Have To LAUGH message.
