Today,  we're going to talk about a case study of one of our students, Tim Daly.

Tim Daly is a born and bred Sydneysider and community leader with a huge social circle. Videographer and web creator. Background in IT. Father to one. Grandfather to two. He has had an interest in property since he was a kid with a mother who was an avid property investor.

Tim recently sold his Alexandria property that he had been holding for 21 years. He is going to share with us the strategies that helped him develop the property to be a successful hit producing him an income of $100K. Tim's case really demonstrates how flexible renovating is and how much you can tailor it to the way you operate.
