Your marketing efforts have attracted a potential client, you had a discussion about their requirements, you put together a proposal for the and you sent it to them. So what happens next? 
In this episode Trevor shares tips and ideas for following up including getting the balance right between being persistent and being a nuisance, recognising you have to be patient but you have to stay in touch and not just to say 'have you read my email yet?' but to keep using every contact to add some further value in other words a tweak to an idea, a piece of extra information etc....
It seems that most people give up 'following up' after two or three goes, whereas the gurus say that it can take between eight and 10 contacts before your follow-up turns into an order so the message here is don't give up just think about how you're going to stay on the radar until you are needed.
