Sophie Hussey has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and since 2022 has dedicated herself to ITSM independent consulting, serving as Director for Lapis Consulting Services. She has also worked in different roles that go from Support Analyst and Service Desk Team Leader to Head of Service Management at companies like Lewis Group and Lowell.
