Lots of buzz around the ego and inner child in the healing world but as a Healer I have seen it showing up in business for so long.  I think it's about time we shine the light on the real purpose of both, where they come from, and how the could be derailing your progress in your business. They definitely have a purpose and just because you may identify with some of these things means nothing except for, GREAT you have a chance to learn how to make your life better and your business easier.  All of us operate out of our inner wounded child or over bearing ego at some point in our lives. It's part of our nature. It's part of the great unlearning of all the things that are not you in order to make space for who you truly are to expand.
