I wanted to kick off the new year and talk about coaching. There are many types of coaches out there, life coaches, business coaches, athletic coaches, and what I call myself a life guide coach.  It was essentially this process over time, where I was like, you know, I want somebody smarter than me, somebody that can see things differently than me.
