Most people who start engaging in intermittent fasting practices either aim to lose weight or change their body composition. 

However, more often than not, we are actually unaware that there’s so much more to the benefits, aside from the fact that it helps us lose fats.

Fasting helps us become more aware of and in tune with what true intrinsic hunger feels like.

Cynthia Thurlow is a nurse practitioner, CEO and founder of the Everyday Wellness Project, and international speaker, with over 10 million views for her second TEDx talk (Intermittent Fasting: Transformational Technique).
