Your ego can be a sneaky b*tch. Pretending to be you and deceiving you that you are already loving yourself, while you aren't. Even though it has the best intentions and wants to keep you safe, it often keeps you small. Leaping out into the unknown and starting to make loving choices, actions and decisions, is labeled as unfamiliar to your ego and hence unsafe. Let's turn this around once and for all.
