In 1983 a young Tim Boudreaux started Tim’s Air Conditioning. Thirty-seven years later he sold it and is heading off into a well-funded, adventurous, and active retirement.  In this episode Tim generously shares the story of his company and some of what he learned along the way including: his valued relationship with Lennox, Vicki LaPlant, Focus on the Future, an enterprising yellow page rep, moving to a bigger market, business processes, and more.
