In this week's episode, I talk about what I've been feeling with just days up to The Unlearning Lab LIVE, reflections on how the lessons I picked up as a child formed who I thought I had to be as an adult, and reflect on the simple and pure beauty of watching two little girls I adore (Anya and Alsa) navigate their childhood and how I get to be a proud un-official auntie to them. Life is long, and beautiful, and messy - and all so worth it. And to me in this moment, I'm so glad I get to unlearn what was never mine to begin with.
