Sherri Wright-Schwietz - my new (self-proclaimed) bestie joins me on today's episode! Sherri is a 51 year old Calgarian, a VP for ATP wealth, a mama, lover of humans and fellow diet culture rebel.

At a recent leadership event I attended, Sherri spoke about success. In particular, the beliefs we have - especially as women - of what success looks like. This of course includes size, shape, and all things appearance.
