On the evening of October 5, 2018 at the end of the day on the set of a television show, Terrence told a crew member that he needed to use the bathroom. Moments after Terrence had spoken to his co-worker, Terrence is seen dropping his radio on the ground. Terrence then sprints down a steep cliff that led to the forest, where he is never seen again.
