Your time and energy are precious and yet we still find ourselves wasting our time away for various reasons. Some time-wasters are obvious and some...well, not so obvious. Some may be linked to deeper beliefs, fears, and uncertainties. 

It's time to take your power back and clean it up your time. Remember, the more structure you have the more freedom you create - your time should not be set to "default".
