Daniel Bauer – The Better Leader

Jaime Jay welcomes Daniel Bauer – The Better Leader  to the show today. Daniel is a school leader. He has been in education for 15 years. Daniel is excited everyday wake up and do what he loves. He finds so much instant gratification through teaching and leading. Daniel no longer teaches in the classroom but leads teachers as an administrator in the Chicago area.

Daniel also has a website, blog and podcast Better Leaders Better Schools. His goal is to give give give and to give some more. his goal is start a mastermind specifically for teachers.

Daniel wants to make teachers and schools meet their goals as productive and effective leaders in the classroom or as an administrator.

Daniel’s Greatest Strength

Daniel’s wife helped him focus in on his greatest strength. Daniel is an activator. He’s a great cheerleader and a coach. He’s the guy to give you the motivation and the momentum to succeed.

To succeed you must try. Even if you fail, you can try again but change up your approach. 95% of success is follow-through.

Daniel’s Biggest Challenge

Being realistic about and maintaining what you can and have accomplished. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Remember it’s OK to ask for help and give yourself permission to be where you are and realize you are moving toward your goal and final destination.
