Welcome back to rediscover! It's Taurus season, and this month's conversation is all about slowing down and getting grounded in our most authentic selves. We're going inward and examining the spaces that we want to heal, nurture, and grow, and that require vulnerability. 

From contemplating the concepts of sober curiosity and intentional drinking to surrendering to our circumstances and unpacking what it means to truly design a life that is aligned with our most honest desires, we are digging deep into what it means to know who you are and live accordingly. We're getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, and with being on the outside looking in. Being authentic has nothing to do with being liked or admired, but everything to do with feeling content in our day-to-day lives and comfortable in our own skin. It's not always easy, and it definitely takes time, but we're here to help you out along the way; to hold space for whatever you're walking through and remind you that you're never alone.
