On this episode I shared an EPIC conscious conversation with the lovely Lauren Minicozzi.
Lauren is an Author, speaker, Health Coach, Brand Manager and Digital Marketer.
We talk about Laurens childhood growing up in country Victoria, being called fat in school which formed a negative relationship with food, which developed into an eating disorder, also having an unhealthy relationship with exercise, always striving for perfection to fill a hole, the trap of comparison & people pleasing, doing the spiritual Shit (inner work), why people lack self value, being happy is new “killing it”, being diagnosed with lymes disease, why your health is so important and so much more!
This was such an amazing conversation!
It was so great to hear Lauren’s story and some deep experiences on her journey and how she has got through them.
I loved how real and raw she was #rawisbeautiful and I love her passion for sharing that with the world to serve those who might be going through the same experiences.
