In today's episode I'm taking you along the different stages and stories that got me in the kitchen and made cooking my absolute passion. I'm going to tell you lots of personal and family stories and tell you what my journey into cooking was all about, in the hopes that you find your own inspiration to get back into that kitchen of yours! That's where all the magic happens and it was the place where I found so much healing from my food issues and found peace with food again. I'm going to tell you my story in the hopes that you feel more motivated to cook at home and see that anyone can do it and do it deliciously. Lots of vegan cooking stories so buckle up!
