I recorded a 60+ minute AMAZING episode and when I stopped it, it disappeared. It was NOT captured and this REDO- this TAKE TWO- does capture that disappointment, not that I really TRIED to showcase it... Eventually, I MOSTLY recover and share a fraction (literally) of the previous gems... lol... Here, I am sincere. Here, I am imperfect. Here, I am vulnerable. Here, I am starting over.... in the hopes that my being unapologetically me will set you free from the pain of shame, people pleasing, self-doubt, hatred, judgment and DELIVER you to loving yourself, forgiveness of self and others, becoming your best self.
