I wanted to share with you a recent lecture or download that I delivered to some of my students and clients. I haven't shared something like before. What comes through isn't thought about beforehand in any way. In my classes, I simply ask for the most relevant message to come through. But this was so powerful and timely that I wanted to share it with you all, too. I share about how life constantly moves forward, and how with every moment, something is lost and something new arrives. Resisting this natural flow creates paralysis rather than growth.
