This one’s raw, real, and ridiculously empowering.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing my full-circle moment of completing 75 Hard, after 15 tries. (Yes, FIFTEEN. And yes, I finished. 🎉)
But this isn’t about workouts, water, or willpower. This is about self-leadership. It’s about the magic that happens when women stop breaking promises to themselves and finally decide to show up.
