Today I am joined by Grant Aird who is the author of his debut novel, "The Light" which is a journey into one man's battle with mental health, drug addiction, crime, murder and finds salvation in a spiritual awakening courtesy of a deep DMT trip.
Grant talks about his early life hailing from the town of Hamilton in Scotland. How he navigated life battling his inner demons and how his early experiences shaped his novel which is based on his real life with some dramatic alterations along the way.
