In this episode, I'll share my personal experience with the 75 Hard challenge and why I felt the need to create a more balanced approach. Girls are wired on 4 phases - based on where they are in their cycle. (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal) We're not meant to feel the same every single day of every single month. Which is where I found myself failing with the male version of the 75 Hard (and I couldn't deal with how much I was having to use the bathroom :/ ) We'll explore daily habits, actions, relationship advice, and mindset shifts that focus on self-care in all aspects of life: all with the goal of becoming the ultimate Top Tier version of ourselves.
Personally to me, it's all about becoming the best version of ourselves while enjoying the journey. <3
