Cravings are the motivational source behind every habit
Response if the actual habit you perform
Reward satisfies your craving.
How these tasks start to build habits and we can choose to keep them going. Life is short and we only have so long, work toward the best you can be

Action items:
Challenge yourself, doesn’t have to be 75hard, but don’t just sit around waiting for Friday every week!
Build habits, critical task or check lists, what ever you want to call them, everyday to push you closer to your goals.
