This podcast is going out on Monday, September 16th, which is the start of my 8th year in business and is also exactly 36 years since I started my first ever 'proper' job working in the advertising department at the Lincolnshire Echo. I loved that job and I've been very lucky to love every job since, including what I do now. 
I've been very, very lucky running my own business not only having been hired by a mix of really great people, but also to benefit from the support and encouragement I've had from a whole host of new people that I have met.
