One thing we always ask at the end of our guest interviews is: “What’s one thing millennials are doing well, and one thing they could be doing better?”

Over the past year, we have received a variety of answers. Some funny, some sad, and some extremely enlightening. This week we decided to share clips of some of these responses, discuss our thoughts, and share some action steps for our generation moving forward.

At the time of writing this, we are only 9 days into 2021, and our nation is in a world of hurt. It’s up to us to decide how we will respond, and whether we will choose to be a force for good and change the trajectory for future generations by our actions, or sit back and go with the flow.

Let’s use today, to glean some encouragement on the things we are doing well, and take some notes on what we can do to improve!
