UNM head football coach Danny Gonzales joins Ryan Tomari and Ed Nunez of The Pit Press to talk about getting the monkey off his back and winning his first home Mountain West Conference with a 42-21 win over Hawai'i at University Stadium on Oct. 21. The win over the Rainbow Warriors is UNM's first home conference win since Gonzales took over the program in 2020. He breaks down the Lobos' running game's success against Hawai'i and the improved defensive effort. UNM will travel to Reno, Nev to take on the Nevada Wolf Pack this Saturday.
