I'm sure most of you will be aware of ParkRun and the amazing phenomenon it has become over the last years. In the UK alone there now over 600 ParkRuns every Saturday morning. I'm a big fan of ParkRun so this episode was recorded whilst on the ParkRun at Trelissick in Cornwall. 
I look at the similarities between the structure and organisation of ParkRun and business and see what the lessons are both sides from each other. Its a tough ParkRun at Trelissick so apologies if there's a lot of heavy breathing going on!
