In this unique solo episode, of the Compromised to Alchemized podcast, I reflect on a month of profound growth, certainty, and clinical breakthroughs. I introduce a concept I first conceptualized nearly two decades ago: Psychoneuroimmunomusicology. I reflect on the evolution of my craft (clinical expertise and manual therapy) and my passion (music and creative expression). By combining these, I am developing a new framework for health that moves beyond traditional boundaries.
This episode serves as the first installment of exploring how sound, frequency, and movement intersect with the nervous and immune systems to facilitate deep healing.
