Monday Mindset: Cultivating Gratitude. "It is not happiness that brings us gratitude. It is gratitude that brings us happiness." There is great power in taking a moment of gratitude each day. Accepting happiness makes us stronger and more grateful for that we have. We learn to praise our efforts, improve our resilience, face adversity and prepare ourselves better for facing difficulties in the future. The challenge this week is to practice gratitude each day, taking a moment and writing down 3 things you are grateful for or ending your day with 3 things you were grateful for that day. I want to hear how taking a moment of gratitude made you feel and if it improved your mood and well-being.
