Welcome to the Self Love Effect podcast, where we aim to inspire one another through sharing our personal journey of self-love, body positivity, hardships & triumphs. I truly believe it is a domino ’’effect,” when one person inspires another that person has the ability to inspire another, so on and so forth. After sharing my ”mommy tummy” last year on social media and embracing my loose skin & stretch marks it concurred to me we all need to know that it is okay to be raw & vulnerable.  Loving yourself is your ultimate super power. Every week we talk about all things self, overcoming hurdles, and the life experiences that lead us to the person we are today. Real life takeaways, no sugar coating, because it is important that you embrace who you are and that you always show up as your unapologetic self.
