This week I'm joined for the 3rd time by the wonderful Nicola Hobbs. Nicola is an Author and Yoga Teacher who recently attended a 10 Day Silent Retreat where from 4am-to-8pm she meditated and only stopped for food, bathroom breaks and 1 Lesson a Day.
