In this week's episode we are joined by Conor Heffernan, Ph.D. Conor's research interests include physical culture, Irish and British history, gender history, political history and the history of medicine.

Conor has published articles in Women's History Review, the International Journal of the History of Sport Irish Studies Review, Sport in History and several more journals. He has also contributed regular online articles to websites such as Playing Pasts, Barbend, These Football Times and The Guardian.
