Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 31. I will then key in on verses 30-31 - Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates. Friends, the key point of these two verses are the words - "a woman who fears the Lord." If a woman does not fear the Lord, she will not be a Christian, and she will not do the things the woman of Proverb 31 does. On today's podcast I celebrate the ending of my third year of producing this podcast. I would like to remind anyone tuning in that I do have a YouTube Channel with the same name as this podcast - Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. I invite anyone listening today to subscribe to this channel (you will have access to over 1,600 items covering four separate "Playlists". By the end of today's podcast there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men.
2. Do not despise small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.
3. When your endurance (or patience) is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:
Proverb 31:30-31; Colossians 3:23-24; Zechariah 4:10; James 1:3-4; Colossians 3:12-13
