In this episode of the Secret MENS Business podcast we speak to Dr Natalie Flatt & Sasha Milinkovic, the owner of Connect Psych, Australia’s first health tech eco-system; more than just delivering mental health services.

Dr Natalie Flatt Ph.D is a psychologist and co-founder of Connect Psych. Natalie is from a management background in school-based private psychology and, over those 11 years with the company, she saw a significant reduction in the mental health status of teachers and principals.

Self-care was getting pushed further and further back and mental health challenges were becoming evident. As a consequence, Natalie moved into supporting individuals, leaders and teams from all industries to highlight the importance of self-care, stress management and communication.

Sasha Milinkovic is the second co-founder of Connect Psych. Sasha is passionate about supporting wellness programs within businesses. Having worked within HR and Marketing teams before going into private practice, Sasha saw a significant deficit when it came to educating and encouraging staff self-care.
