All aboard the tough love train, baby! Today's episode is a fiery pep talk style episode that's all about AVOIDING! Because let's be real: sometimes when it comes to our goals, applying for a new job, or even going to the doctor or dentist, we tend to avoid it because it's uncomfy or scary. Before we know it, we let "what if's" & hypothetical scenarios/stories that don't serve us run the show! Then, we have to suffer the consequences, such as someone else starting that business venture we wanted to, somebody else might get that awesome job, or you need a root canal instead of just a filling. So, cheers to being the type of women who stop avoiding & start taking things head on!
