Original Air Date: Feb 2, 2021*. This will be a mini series about my life up until this point.  I feel these stories are valuable to share since every day I wake up and it's my mission to bring something good to your day but you may not know why I do it.   

And, you need to know why I do it.

It's because for about a decade of my life I felt like I woke up and lived through nothing but bad days.  Days that were so bad, so overwhelming, and hopeless that I perpetually thought about ripping myself out of this world too soon.  

And what a f****** shame that would have been.

So, I will be sharing a series of stories about that time in my life.  My intention for sharing is to show how I didn't change my perspective, question my thoughts, and push myself to do self-care practices because it's "a good idea" and "everyone's doing it."

I did it so I could stay here because without the changes I committed to make for my mind and body... I don't know where I'd be.
