dharkfunkh @dharkfunkh, also known as Steve Riggs, realm hailing from Birmingham, U.K.
As a seasoned Producer, DJ, Musician, and the mastermind behind VST Plugin company, Anarchy Audioworx, dharkfunkh has left an indelible mark on the global music scene throughout his 25-year journey in the industry.
While now focusing on House, Tech House & Techno, he still sports an extensive back catalogue of other electronic genres under various aliases.
After a brief hiatus from the DJ circuit to concentrate on building his music production software empire, dharkfunkh emerges in 2024 with renewed vigor. He's now launching his new record label, ShuK Records, wich coming very soon on Beatport, Traxsource, Spotify and all other major stores and streaming services, where he'll be unveiling a host of new solo productions, poised to reclaim the live performing stage as a DJ. But for now, the releases are exclusive to Bandcamp.
His previous DJ performances have graced iconic venues such as the legendary Tresor and Ritter Butzke in Berlin, Trackside on the Moonlight 2 at the Abu Dhabi Formula 1, and Sankeys Manchester. Not to mention countless gigs in the UK, Ibiza, Toronto, Poland, and Ireland over the years.
dharkfunkh's sonic imprint extends across renowned labels such as Suara, Armada Music, Nervous Records, KMS Records, Pacha Recordings, Daylight Robbery Records and OFF Recordings, among many others. His tracks have been featured on over 170 albums on Beatport, showcasing his profound influence in the electronic music landscape.
He has also produced official remixes for artists such as deadmau5, Yolanda Be Cool, Destructo, Robbie Rivera, and Preditah.
dharkfunkh's engineering prowess has shaped tracks for many other artists signed to esteemed labels such as Sony, Perfecto Records, and Ministry of Sound.
