Since the world turned upside down I've come to realize that a lifetime dealing with depression and anxiety has provided me with tools that can maybe help others who might suddenly be experiencing these conditions for the first time. I've started a podcast to try to share some of this knowledge in awkward, honest and sometimes fumbly bits and pieces. I'm continuing to write music but just that alone feels too selfish and disconnected from friends and family who may be in need of comforting words in these strange and uncertain times.
