We recap all the action from the game, including Cam Lund and Joe Connor's goals that set the tempo from the start, and how their massive number of blocked shots contributed to clogging up BC's offensive gameplay, and sent the Huskies fans home happy. We also talk about the gameplay of Ryan McGuire and how his involvement with the offensive zone face-offs and his empty netter goal at the end was clutch in ensuring that BC would never come back and win the game. I also gear you up for tomorrow's Hockey East Semifinals vs. Maine at TD Garden and how the Huskies can take the momentum from this massive upset win and apply the same mindset against the Black Bears....more18minPlay

We recap both of the games and talk about how some crucial plays in both games set forth their playoff quest and laid some seeds that would sprout forth in the Opening Round game. We close out the regular season with a stats breakdown and talk about how they've actually been playing better on the road despite the fact they have a losing record. Finally, we recap the Hockey East Quarterfinals matchup that saw the Huskies come through with a huge win 3-2 in double OT set forth by Dylan Hryckowian that I was lucky to see in person and I'll give you my main takeaways. I also talk about a critical game in that series against the Terriers at Matthews where I bore witness to Coach Keefe blowing a gasket against the refs after BU scored their first goal of the game, and another subsequent altercation that took place in the postgame handshake line where Coach Keefe received a game misconduct for his outburst towards one of the game officials. I give you my reaction to that outburst as I saw it unfold live. We also take a look ahead to Northeastern's final games of the season including a road game against Merrimack on Thursday, and closing out the regular season at Matthews on Saturday against Providence on Senior Night in one of the final games being held at Matthews Arena....more19minPlay

I talk about what the Huskies need to do to remedy their recent shortcomings, including a possible change at goaltender from Whitehead to Sigurdson, and how that might shake things up offensively and give the team a new path and perspective. I talk about tonight's big road jaunt up in Maine against the Black Bears and how a shakeup in either the lines or between the pipes could give them a sneaky edge, and might be able to eek out a win as a result.
