Where has the time gone? 

The CFB regular season has officially come to an end and bowl games are right around the corner. Unfortunately today's episode begins with the sad news of Mike Leach's passing. After reflecting on some of our fondest memories of the Pirate we shift our focus to bowl season, the transfer portal, and NIL. We discuss which games we're looking forward to the most and touch on how to fix the transfer portal and NIL. 

The NFL playoff picture seems to be getting more interesting by the minute. What's wrong with Tua and were Chad/John wrong about him being better than Herbert? This transitions into a broader discussion about whether or not the Dolphins will make the playoffs. We then dive into NFL Week 15 and give out some of our favorite picks of the week.

It's hard to believe another college football regular season has come and gone but boy did it give us a memorable last week. We kick off our recap with some Cock talk and let John bask in the glory that is South Carolina football right now - back-to-back Top-10 wins has the fanbase feeling good and excited for the future. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum is the Ohio State Buckeyes who got embarrassed at home by Jim Harbaugh and Michigan. Can they still make the playoffs? Chad phones in to break down what happened in his own words and vent away some of his grief. After his brief soliloquy we turn our eyes towards Conference Championship weekend and preview our best bets for (almost) every game and relive some of our best (and worst) preseason predictions.

Our episode begins with Chad confessing his love for feast week before John recaps the Gamecocks absolute beatdown of a Top-10 Tennessee team. Biggest win in Columbia since beating #1 Georgia? The fellas then transition into previewing rivalry week in college football and have fittingly named it Survival Saturday. With one more week of the regular season to go who will be in and who will be out of the CFP?

The World Cup has also officially begun. Despite a disappointing draw for the USMNT in the opener, we discuss what the path to the knockout stage looks like from here on out while also highlighting a few other games that have already concluded.

The guys finally finish by previewing Week 12 in the NFL and discuss who the top teams are around the league.

We're officially on to the back stretch of the football season and the weather is getting colder (sad!). In Week 11 of CFB the PAC-12 cannabalized itself per usual putting a damper on this weekend's matchups between UCLA - USC and Utah - Oregon. Some other big wins around the country included BC over NC State, Alabama over Ole Miss, TCU over Texas, and UNC over Wake. Spoiler: Drake Maye is a STUD. Also, shoutout Mr. Clemens Vanderbilt Commodores for beating Will Levis and Kentucky as 18-point dogs. With that being sad Week 12 is jam packed with intriguing matchups and the usual fellas (plus Dave) are here to break down their favorite picks for the weekend. 

Things are wide open in the NFL as we saw the Eagles go down to the Commanders (Taylor Heinicke is a dog), the Bucs beat the Seahawks in Munich, and Aaron Rodgers and the Packers pull off a wild 4th quarter comeback vs. the Cowboys at Lambeau. Oh, and the Vikings beat the Bills in an OT thriller. And Jeff Saturday/Matt Ryan led to the Colts to victory? Anyways, Week 11 has arrived and we'll be diving into the slate for our locks of the week. Stay tuned to see who John and Chad think the best team in the league is (hint: Tua is the QB).
