Observing the quote unquote “pattern” and doing something about it is 2 different things, straight up.

Get yourself outside and outside of your head. We need to ease up on ourselves. Get out of your head and out into the world.

Not emerging into “civilization” for a couple days is “0/10”. Cabin fever, isolation, etc etc etc.

Dealing with quick attacks in public settings.

Break through the damn barriers.

Shoutouts to whoever is up right now! Wrapping your brain around your experiences as they unfold can be 10/10 and “0/10” at the same time.
