People who want to help or make an impact or just do good deeds...sometimes there’s internal battles that need to be fixed and remedied first!

Problem with this proverb: people who overthink and over analyze things already try and find meanings in statements that people make, thinking people are talking sideways at them. Sometimes it’s true, sometimes it aint.
