Bob kicks off the show talking about the federalization of police in DC.  Bob then talks about a community that wants to punish the parents for repeated crimes by their chilfren.  Bob and Seth argue about who should be held accountable.  Bob then welcomes John R Lott Jr from the Crime Prevention and Research Center to the show to talk about the stats of crime in DC and across the country.  Bob is then joined by Kendall Tietz from Defending Education to talk about the NEA and what they are teaching our kids.
